Livestream not Working

  • What to do
    • Unmute yourself and say something into the microphone
    • Close and reopen the live transcript, giving it ~30 seconds to load
    • If it still does not load after ~60 seconds, notify Event Support (213) 376-3480

Please note: the record is not affected if the livestream is not working you are just unable to perform a playback if requested.


If a playback is requested you can use the following language -


“My apologies for the inconvenience; our real-time recording system is currently experiencing a delay.

Rest assured, this will not impact the accuracy or delivery of your transcript after the proceeding. However, I am unable to provide a readback or playback at this moment.

I have notified our support team, who are actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. I will keep you informed once the real-time transcript is back online and would be happy to provide the requested readback at that time.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.”
