Certified Transcripts

Sometimes you might encounter questions about what counsel receive when they order the transcript. Use the following as a guide to answer their questions; however, if you are ever unsure of the answer to a counsel's questions, direct them to depositions@filevine.com. Do not guess the answer under any circumstances; it is better to direct them to the correct answer than to give them false information.

What are Certified Transcripts?

Anyone who orders a certified transcript (client or opposing counsel) receive the following included in the charge:

• Certified transcript admissible in court
• Full text transcript (available in PDF, doc, txt, etc.)
• Video synced to audio
• Access to the transcript on Depositions by Filevine's platform
• And more capabilities in our platform!

They can order Certified Transcripts with the following turn-around-times:

• 7-10 Business days (Standard turnaround)
• 3-5 Business days
• 1 Business Day
