Notice Overview
What is a notice?
A notice is a document directing a witness to appear to be deposed under oath. It includes the time, date, and location (in our case the Zoom link). The document is sent to all parties in a lawsuit in advance of the date of the proceeding to notify all parties.
You can access the notice from the details page in links on the right hand side of the screen.

It is required to review the notice in advance of the event’s start time to familiarize yourself with the details of the case and any context that could help the deposition run smoothly. This is also a time to ensure the details of the notice match the event details.
