Attendee Unable to Join

What if an attendee has trouble joining?


The attendee may need the join information

    • Click the arrow next to "Participants"
    • Select "Copy Invitation;" this should have all the details needed to access the Zoom via computer, phone, or call.

Dialing-In

    • Click 'Dial In Info' dropdown to the right on the script page

If participants are experiencing technical issues, such as a poor internet connection, there is no direct action you can take to resolve the problem. In these situations, you should defer to the client to decide whether to continue, reschedule, wait, or cancel the proceeding.


Always remember: As a neutral third party, you must allow counsel to decide amongst themselves how to proceed when there is any objection. You are welcome to offer solutions if asked, but allow counsels to discuss together and come to a conclusion themselves.
