What if an attendee objects to the livestream?


Whenever there is an objection, always first clarify the nature of the objection and what exactly they are objecting to


Procedure if the attendee refuses to proceed due to livestreaming concerns:

  1. Ensure there is absolutely no way the counsel will proceed with the livestreaming notification.
  2. Contact Support immediately via call or text (213) 376-3480..
  3. Depositions by Filevine tech support will generate a new link for the parties to attend where livestream is disabled.
  4. The DR and Depositions by Filevine technical support have access to the transcript, but no one else will.


Always remember: As a neutral third party, you must allow counsel to decide amongst themselves how to proceed when there is any objection. You are welcome to offer solutions if asked, but allow counsels to discuss together and come to a conclusion themselves.
