If possible, please try to resolve issues using the help articles found here and your knowledge from training; however our Event Support team is here to help when you need it.


Event Support:

For urgent questions, such as those that could impact an event in progress or an event happening within 2 business days, please contact our Event Operations directly via call or text at (213) 376-3480.

Include the following information:

  • The event that you are on
  • The issue you need help with
  • Any other relevant information
