How to run a Federal Event?


If you are told you will be hosting a federal event, please use this script for the Opening step. The differences are outlined below.

Everything in federal events are the same, except for 2 parts of the opening script:

  • Your introduction is slightly different, and you state your location, as well as Depositions by Filevine's location.
  • The remote stipulation mirrors that of an out of state stipulation.

After everyone gets on the record and questioning begins, you can navigate back to the script page on the reporter platform, click through the opening step, and continue monitoring the event as usual.
