An Examination Under Oath (EUO) is a legal proceeding that is scheduled by an insurance company for the purpose of asking a witness questions under oath in regards to an insurance claim.
The testimony is used when investigating potentially fraudulent insurance claims.

- Representative from an insurance company (typically an investigator / attorney)

- Interpreter
- Guardian (if witness is a minor)
- Legal representation for the witness
