Event Levels Overview

Are there different levels of events?

There are different levels for both events and digital reporters.

• Beginner - EUOs: New to the platform, DRs will use this starting level as a way to get practice into the different ways a proceeding can end and learn how to conduct themselves in proceedings.
• Intermediate - Depositions: Have taken at least three events that are not a CNA and have received little to no feedback or only positive feedback from the Depositions by Filevine team.
• Advanced - Priority Clients (EUOs & Depositions) : Have completed a large number of events, mostly depositions. The Depositions by Filevine team can rely on you to always host high quality events, and feedback is never needed.
• Expert - Priority Clients & Special Events: Been a reliable, high-quality DR with Depositions by Filevine consistently. Is trusted to also take different types of events that can require more nuance than an EUO or Deposition.
  • This is the highest level a DR can be, which means you may be asked to participate in additional asks outside of the DR role (such as user research, focus groups, etc.).
