What Should I Do if I Disconnect from an Event?


If you are disconnected from an event:

  1. Notify Event Support immediately by texting or calling (213) 376-3480 so they can inform the client.
  2. Attempt to reconnect as quickly as possible.
  3. If you are unable to reconnect, Event Support will assign a replacement Digital Reporter to ensure the proceeding continues without disruption.
