Poor Internet Connection

What do I do if my internet is slow/not working?


If it prior to the start of an event and your internet is slow or not connecting

  • Check your internet speed at speedtest.net
  • If it is slow, unplug and replug in your modem/router
  • Using your provider's app, pause all devices that may be using your internet while you are servicing the proceeding
  • Contact your provider for more troubleshooting help if none of the above works

During an event

  • You can switch to your phones tethering or hotspot if applicable.
  • reach out to support at (213) 376-3480 and inform them of the situation
  • troubleshoot more in-depth after the event is over

If your internet is out completely and you can not use hotspot or find another connection please inform support immediately.
