The following expectations outline how to remain attentive, professional, and engaged throughout every event.


Engagement Expectations

  • Friendly, welcoming, polite, and actively listening.
  • Eyes are on the screen with the camera for the duration of the event, taking notes and monitoring the livestream.
  • Not looking down or away from the screen.
  • Never eating or drinking when your camera is on
  • Not being on your phone unless you need to contact support
  • Ensuring you are muted when not speaking
