What if I need to remove an event from my calendar?

How to Cancel

• More than 48 hours before your scheduled event: You may cancel directly through your booking.
• Less than 48 hours before your scheduled event: You must contact Event Support at (213) 376-3480 to request cancellation.

Late Cancellations

• A cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled event is considered a late cancellation.
• Late cancellations may negatively affect your standing as a Digital Reporter, as they can impact event coverage and scheduling reliability.
