Incorrect or Missing Notice
What if a notice is incorrect/missing?
Notices are required to confirm event details, always verify that the notice is accurate and complete before proceeding on the record. Occasionally, a notice may be missing or contain incorrect information, you can refer to the information below if this happens -
If the Event Has Already Started
- Ask the client directly for the correct notice.
- Once received, continue the proceeding as usual.
- Make a note in the script about the corrected notice.
If the Event Has Not Yet Started
- Text Event Support at (213) 376-3480 to report the issue.
- Event Support will contact the client and obtain the correct notice before the proceeding begins.
