Depositions

What is a Deposition?

A deposition is a legal proceeding that is scheduled by a law firm to ask questions of a witness under oath. Testimony from the deposition can be used as evidence in a court case.

There are typically more individuals in a Deposition compared to a EUO, and the meetings are sometimes more contentious. There can often be disagreements between the attorneys over which questions can be asked.
