Signature Expectations

How quickly do I need to provide my signature?

There are a few different types of documents that you will be expected to sign as a Digital Reporter.

Those are -

Certified Transcripts

These can be requested at any time and are requested if an order is placed. Once the Certified Transcript is provided to you as the Digital Reporter we ask that you review and sign the document within a business day.

Certificates of Non-Appearance (CNAs)

You will receive CNAs within 10-30 minutes of closing out an event that ended as a CNA. We ask that these are signed immediately or as soon as possible.

Certificate of Witness No-Show

It takes 5-10 days for you to receive a Certificate of Witness No-Show. Once you do receive the document we ask that you sign it within a business day.
