When are events released for booking?

Events for your respective level are released to weeks out. If there are events that are a lower level still unbooked one week out it will be released to the higher level reporters. This ensure a more even distribution of events to all reporters.

Events in your state are released EXACTLY 1 or 2 weeks out to the hour.

• For example: If an event is at 2PM ET on February 6th, 2024, it will be released on the calendar at 2PM ET on January 23rd, 2024 (exactly 2 weeks prior)

Events not in your state are released 1-2 days prior to the event.
