What if I have not received a signature request?

If you feel like you are missing a signature request please reach out to the Event Support team at (213) 376-3480.

Certified Transcripts

These can be requested at any time and are requested if an order is placed.

Certificates of Non-Appearance (CNAs)

You will receive CNAs within 10-30 minutes of closing out an event that ended as a CNA.

Certificate of Witness No-Show

It takes 5-10 days for you to receive a Certificate of Witness No-Show.
